Trichocerca (Diurella) bidens Lucks 1912
Tricocerca bidens, lateral view. One of the two dents at the anterior part of the lorica is visible in this image (arrow). The other "dent" is actually the palpar organ (marked by asterisk). This species maybe confused with Tr. cavia, which is smaller and lacks the two dents at the lorica.
